Purchase Orders
Yes, we accept Purchase Orders.
Government Purchase Orders:
- We accept all purchase orders (PO's) from government agencies including municipalities, military, public schools and universities, etc.
- If you do not have a formal purchase order form, please write the order on your institutions letterhead and fax or email it. We require that the order is signed and dated by a representative that is authorized to bind the institution financially.
- Contact us to request a copy of our W-9 Form.
Company Purchase Orders:
- We accept purchase orders from privately or publicly held credit worthy companies.
- Please download and complete our CREDIT APPLICATION and either fax or email it to us.
- If you already have documents listing the required information, please fax or email those.
- We will email you to confirm receipt of your credit application.
- We are usually able to advise you within 24 hours if Net 30 terms have been approved.
- Contact us to request a copy of our W-9 Form.
