How will my order ship?

We will ship your order via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Some small orders may ship with the USPS. Large orders may ship via an LTL carrier.

Need it fast? Expedited shipping options include UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air and are available at checkout.

You can calculate your shipping charges prior to entering your payment information by entering your zip code on our checkout page.

When will my order ship?

We make every attempt to ship your order ASAP. Orders for in-stock merchandise generally ship from our facility within 24 hours. Orders that may be drop shipping from the manufacturer generally ship in 1-3 business days.

Although we make every effort to process and ship expedited orders the same day they are placed, we recommend that you check with us to make sure the items you are ordering are in-stock prior to completing your order.

What about backorders and custom orders?

Any backorders will ship as soon as the merchandise is available.
Custom embroidered or screen printed orders ship in 7-10 working days.

What are the details of your Flat Rate and FREE Shipping offer?

There aren’t many details really. When you purchase $ 300 or more in merchandise, we will ship your order via UPS Ground FREE of charge to the continental 48 states.

Orders with a merchandise total under $ 300 are charged a Flat Rate of $ 9.95 and will ship at our discretion with either the USPS or UPS.
