Returns & Exchanges

To Exchange Items:

• You must send back your original invoice and indicate the item(s) that you would like to order.
• Make sure all returns are shipped with a way to be tracked.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

To Return Items:

• Items can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
• You must call to obtain Return Authorization # - RA# must be noted on all paperwork.
• Items must be in re-sellable condition.
• Most returns are processed within 2 days of receipt.
• We will credit your credit card for the amount of the merchandise return.
